About Brooke Kish, Ph.D.
Dr. Kish grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She then moved to New Jersey where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Rutgers University. She earned both her Master of Arts and Doctoral degrees in School Psychology and Child & Family Studies from the University of Denver. Dr. Kish is currently a licensed clinical psychologist and licensed school psychologist in the state of Colorado. Dr. Kish's doctoral dissertation work examined trauma exposure among children with and without educational disabilities. She has worked closely with children, adolescents, and families with various social, emotional, learning, and behavioral difficulties for approximately nineteen years.
Dr. Kish participates in competitive track and field running, cross-country running, and cross-country skiing. She also enjoys down hill skiing, hiking, and spending time with her husband, two children, and her
chocolate Labrador, Bosco.
